Quick new contact: Layout
    You can customise the Quick new contact window to reflect the type of information that you want to record when you create a quick new contact.

For example, if you receive a call from someone who isn't already in the database, you might only want to record a few basic details such as Name, Phone number and Account number. In this case you can simplify the Quick New Contact window by only showing those three fields.

Top   Show area for creating a new Contact
  This will display an area containing all the Contact fields that have the Show in Quick new contact field property set to True.
     
Top   Show area for creating a new Company / Family
  You cannot enter Company and Family details at the same time, and you can't display fields for both types in the Quick New Contact screen, so you must decide whether you mainly deal with Companies or Families and choose which (if either) will be displayed.

This will display an area containing all the Company or Family fields that have the Show in Quick new contact field property set to True.
     
Top   Show area for entering an address
    This will display an area for entering an address. You cannot select which address fields are shown, they appear as a group.
     
Top   Show area for entering numbers
    This will display an area for entering phone, fax and mobile numbers, e-mail addresses and websites. You can select which types of numbers can be entered, but only one of each type will be displayed.
